How to update a game currently in app store

Guys,

Does anyone have instructions on how to submit an update to apple for a game thats currently on the app store?
Do I need to request a new distribution profile? Sorry, Couldn't find what i needed using the forum search or google.

    Just publish the updated app to gamesalad.com and then re-upload a new binary to itunes connect. The whole approval process will start over. Same distribution profile.
