Does it cost money to make a app on the iphone through gamesalad?

I am new to game salad. When I make a game on my windows computer I was wondering if there would be any costs whatsoever to make it fully public on the app store.

    GS is free or Pro version $299 a year.
    You are required to pay Apple a yearly developer licence at $99 a year.
    You will need some devices to put the GS viewer on and test your games before releasing.
    You can only upload a game to Apple through a Mac, not Windows!

    You don't have to have GameSalad Pro, it (Macincloud) is not associated with GameSalad.
