Questions about the process of final publishing...

Hey all! I realize there is plenty of information about the process of publishing an app to the apple store. The problem for me is that with all of these new features the information is slightly outdated. I haven't found a central hub to answer many of the questions i have. If possible hopefully you can help me and others make sense of this entire process.

DETAILS ABOUT MY GAME:
Made as a retina iphone4/4s/ipod touch game with the 480x320 screen dimensions.
Will include universal binary for ipad support.
Letterbox will be chosen.
While compatible for iphone 5, the game will have letterbox sides.

THE QUESTIONS:
1) If my game will not support full screen iphone 5, but is universal, will apple reject the app as a universal build?
2) If my game will not support full screen iphone 5, do I have to still make iphone 5 sized screenshots?
3) Do I need to also make ipad screenshots for the universal build?
4) I have a company but did not register it with Apple (because the process simply takes forever). Can I still use the name of my company as the publisher when i publish the game? Simply put, can I just use my company name where it asks for name, or will they reject it if it doesn't say ex."John Smith."

Thats all for now. Many thanks for your time! :)

It's not that hard to register you company with Apple Just call developer customer support and they will begin the process and ask you to fax notorised copy's of your paperwork. That's it. It may take 5 days or so but you can do business under any name other than your legal name with providing or having the proper paperwork, that is just the law and has nothing to do with Apple.
