letterbor or overscan for iPad mini?

hello, right now i am making a adhoc file to text on my iPad 2, and i noticed this 2 options, if i want my game to play on the ipad mini too, which option should i choose?

    I choose letterbox, but I'm not sure how overscan works.

    The iPad2 and the iPad mini both have the same resolution / aspect ratio - so it doesn't matter whether you choose letterbox or overscan as it will have no effect on how an iPad game is displayed on an iPad mini (or visa versa).

    Yes ipad all the same - just graphic difference compared to iPad4.
    @socks - after you mentioned you had the trouble staying logged in with safari mine suddenly works... eerie.

    thanks, is there a ipad 4 already? i know iPad,ipad2, then they made iPad 2 with high resolution, which would be iPad 3? and the iPad mimi, is that called iPad 4? or there is one more besides, ipad1,ipad2, iPad HD and ipad mini?

    iPad 3 2048 x 1536

    Unfortunately mine has never worked, the forum software is pretty unstable compared to most BB / forum platforms, not sure why they chose to go with Vanilla.

    iPad 1 (2010) - first one, a little thicker than what followed, squarer edges.
    iPad 2 (2011) - new rounder shape, same screen, processor speed increase.
    iPad 3 (2012) - processor speed increase, Retina screen.
    iPad 4 (2012) - identical to the iPad 3 but with a further processor speed increase.

    iPad 5 should be out later this year.
