Offsetting Camera Origin Problem

Im making an overhead racing game and i want to offset the camera origin to (0,550). But when i go into scene attributes and change the origin, and preview the scene, the actors in my hud layer disappear. When i set the camera origin back to (0,0) and move the actors, the problem. I have the background layer marked scrollable, and the HUD layer unmarked. Please Help!

    The position of actors in non-scrollable layers is relative to the camera origin.

    So if your actor is at 100,100 and the camera origin is at 0,550 the actor will appear to be at 100,650 or basically constrained to its position + camera origin.
