Exporting as .app

Is there a way to export/convert my .gameproj files to .app files without having to do any xCode stuff, AdHoc or publishing? I am talking about a game played on the COMPUTER and I don't want to upload to the appstore, I just want to convert it to a .app and upload it to my MediaFire so my friends can play it. How can I do that and why is it not just a button that allows you to convert it (So you can properly test it)?

    No, the only way to do you can do that is to make an ad hoc, or use a service like Test Flight. And to do either of those, you have to have a developers license.
