change table value behaviors

hello everybody
i don't if it's because i 'm using mac os x snow leopard but in gamsalad i don't have the change table value behaviors. i can creat table but i don't have the behaviors.
please tell me why?

(a) Snow Leopard is no longer supported by GameSalad, as of August 2012 (http://forums.gamesalad.com/discussion/47561/important-update-snow-leopard-support/p1)
(b) Read-only tables were released before read/write tables. What version of Creator are you using?
