    I use sandvox. It's a simple drag and drop interface. Similar to iWeb. Here is the link:

    I've used webs.com and wix.com in the past, very simple to get websites up and running for free.

    I'd go with wordpress as its so easy to use and the framework is free. You can always buy a pre made template if you are not a designer or coder

    Yea, easiest way to a professional looking webpage is to buy a domain and hosting and install wordpress
