my provisioning profiles not showing up in drop down menu?

in iPhone and Android Publishing
When I go to sign my app, all of my provisioning profiles are not showing up. This: http://i.imgur.com/9IrVbQH.png is a screen shot of what shows up. There should be more than 2 profiles there. It was working before, but now they are missing. What has happened? Please help!

    Have you installed them in Xcode?

    I thought I did, but would you mind explaining how to do so? Just in case I've done it wrong?

    i fixed it! i just had to refresh my profiles in Xcode. i didn't know you had to do that.
