How do I renew my certificate for "provision Profile" in the "Apple Dev Center"

Since 18.02.2013 to be 1 year after the certificate has expired.
My question is how to renew the certificate, by cons, I deleted it
in xcode and dev center, but I keep a copy of the certificate file.
Help me

    Step 1. Apple developer center(login)
    Step 2. iOS provisioning profile
    Step 3.Certificate
    Step 4.How to tab

    The how to tab will show you exactly what you need to do.

    Good luck it's really not that hard to figure out.
