how can you get your actor left from the middle in a moving scene?

Try providing more than a single sentence. Perhaps you can sketch what you mean or explain it a bit better. I'm sure it makes sense to you but I can't tell if you're trying to move an actor to the left starting from the center, or trying to change the camera position, or wanting the actor to start somewhere other than the center... etc.
I want to make a game like http://arcade.gamesalad.com/game/27788 but how can you get the pig left from the middle? like where he is in this game I only know how can get him in the middle

Just put the plane/pig/whatever on a non-scrollable layer (as in the video) but place it at the edge of the screen instead of in the middle. Put everything else on scrollable layers. Then move the camera as needed.
