Rotate to Position question

I have actor spawning and then rotate to the desired position, but the rotation is too slow and is very noticeable.

How can I make it so that rotate instant and unnoticeable?

can you just make it to change self.rotation to ?? after spawning.

Er.. why not just say rotate to angle, and then input the speed you need?
