help white icon in ipad

my game icon in ipad is white ... why is this happing ??????????????

    it in itune store already
    but it have blank icon ............... idont know how they accecpted it !!!

    Did you make sure you had a icon, in gamesalad publisher page?

    Also was there a icon when you tested it?
