GameSalad wont open on Windows 7 help please!!!!!!

q what I need to work on my windows 7 GameSalad ... pq I install it correctly but it does nothing, does not open the program ... anyone can help me please!!

    Is your PC 32 or 64 bit?

    Have you tried changing the language settings on your PC to US?

    I'm not a pc user but I don't think it works with XP if that's what your using?
