how do i know the fps of my game ?

I'm new, and GS seems to be great, but i can't find how to see my fps on my IOS devices.
I would like to have it on the adhoc export, is it possible?

On adhoc plug you device into your computer run Xcode and use instruments and chose the core services module and make your app the target.
