Question for everyone that has created an apple app!

in Announce Your Game!
so apple has xcode for creating your app and they have the iOS developer program for $99. is it possible for me to create the app on xcode before entering the program? would they just let me upload the app or something? or do i need to become apart of the program before making my app?

    You can create app before entering the programer. And check in simulator only. For testing app in device or upload in the appstore developer certificate is require. You can get that once you paid $99 for iOS developer program.

    so after i create the app on xcode will the program link to my xcode app
