Saving spawned actors locations.

Hello all,

I've been trying to work out a simple way to save spawned actors positions with little luck. Currently, you're only able to save one spawned actors position. How do I fix what I have currently? Are there any tutorials on this subject?

The project is enclosed below:

*Disclaimer: The "spawner" "receiver" system is only there so I can have the scrolling background working with it later*

Thanks!

-Peter

I went through the discussion, tried the concepts you laid out. However, I'm still stuck on this.

If there are any specifics that you could give me about what I did wrong in the file I provided, that would be great.

@Peter_J I see that you have rules for saving the spawned actors' locations but you don't have any rules for re-spawning them from the table data.

When you switch back to the initial scene, you need a spawner actor that loops through the table rows and spawns an actor at each x/y position.

    Thanks @tatiang,

Do you know of any tutorials to learn how to create a loop?

    Thanks,

    Peter.

I don't know of a tutorial but I can provide a demo (attached).
