Viewer on Android Nexus 7 issue

Hi everyone,

I was able to load the GS viewer into my Nexus 7. However, when I try to preview the game, the GS viewer gets stuck at "downloading screenshot". CS Creator still says "loading game".

My game is in Ipad landscape. It works fine on a Samsung S3. By that it loads up, even if the borders are cut.

Any idea of what can be causing this? I have reinstalled the GS viewer on the Nexus 7 but it did not help at all.

What version of Android are you using? I don't think gamesalad supports the most current version of Android.

I reckon he is using the latest android, since it is a nexus device. Any ideas why the viewer breaks on android 4.2.x?

I'm was trying to find the recent thread from GS on the version of android they support but I do clearly remember they said they didn't support the latest version of android.

Hi, I am using Android version 4.2.2 on the Nexus 7.

I also tried it on the old Nexus Galaxy phone which is on version 4.2.1 and that works just fine. Only my Nexus has issues.

@likeaboss which means the viewer breaks on android 4.2.2 only or the nexus 7 only?

I cannot be sure if it is Nexus 7 or Android 4.2.2.

So far I have tried the following phones:

1. Google Nexus Galaxy running 4.2.1 - Works just fine.
2. Samsung S3 running 4.1.2 - Works just fine.
3. Nexus 7 running 4.2.2. - Gets stuck on downloading screenshot. I reset to factory settings and it still does this.

Anyone has a Nexus 7 and it works with the latest update?

Im not sure, but my phone says its fully updated. Doesn't give me the option to update.
