GameSalad Pro is semi working????

So I got GameSalad Pro 
and there is a lot of great stuff to it. I can sign in, and use all of the new custom behaviors and features such as different publishing. There are strange problems with the forums and the website for me, however. First of all, on my computer I can't sign in directly from the community page, I have to log in on the home page and then hope that it connects to the community from the home page. But that isn't really what I am concerned about. Although I am strangely able to access the Pro forum, I am not able to comment or ask questions etc. in that section. My name doesn't show the Pro next to it so I am not sure if you have to pay more money to be able to get the Pro forums, but really, it just doesn't work. 
If anyone knows how to fix it, that'd be great, but if not, I will try to find someone that can.

honestly though without the pro badge that @saladstraightshooter applies to user accounts you are not seeing the entire pro forum. its just the publicly visible sections. you should probably message him to get your permissions lined out.
As far as logging in being kinda wonky it happens to everyone from time to time. I'm not sure anyone really knows why.

I thought getting PRO would have automatically added all these things (2&3) but it seems like GS has to do something on the backend first.
@SaladStraightShooter Can you help us out???
