Can't open gsproj file on Mac??

Hi. I've built a trivia app on my PC. I have a virtual Mac through Macinthecloud. I've tried to open the game on my virtual mac, but it doesn't recognize triviatemplate1.25.gsproj file. I thought that GS was compatible on both PC and Mac? Any help would be gratefully received.

    I believe you have to export it for Mac from the File menu in the PC version of GS. Then open that exported file.
