ios provisioning portal problem!!!!!

hi, i can little speak english. i have got a problem

i can not see ios provisioning portal ? why? (note: i have got windows computer and imac) but i can not preview on my iphone

    Do you have a developer account with apple?

    @EfeCakir Yes, you need to pay $99 a year to be able to publish to the App Store.

    It doesn't matter. In order to put anything on an Apple device you need a developer account.

    Not sure of the question. Are you asking is iphone 2G supported or can you use that ipohne without a developer account? You can't upload anything to any of apples devices without an account and apple no longer supports iphone 2g so answer is no unless it has ios 5 on it. but ipod touch is same as iphone so if you have a version 4 or above ipod you can do it with that with a developer account.
