GameSalad Publishing not working properly

in iPhone and Android Publishing
GameSalad Publishing not working properly as I can not seem to generate and Application.
In Sum when I click the orange publishing arrow. My game starts publishing to GameSalad's arcade?
In addition an app file is not created.

Is anyone having a similar issue?

    It loads right away. In The attached photo highlights what I am talking about.
    Does anyone know why this might be?

    it's suppose to upload thats how it works, once its uploaded you can generate and then sign app and even send to arcade if you want.

    when you publish it uploads your game to the publishing servers. this is the tutorial on how to publish:
