Android viewer is not connecting with GS***

HI there im a all new mac user. I'm running out with a serious issue which is when i try to preview some sample games from gs on my android device through usb connection it all of sudden get dis connected from gs.On my gs it showing previewing on android usb when i hit that it starts to connect and shows connecting device and all of sudden goes off saying that device disconnected.And wen i try to connect wid wifi on my android viewer it says gamesalad creator not found (on device) even though my wifi is turned on.I need some serious help to over come this issue Thanx in advance
P.S I'm using samsung galaxy ace( Ginger bread 2.3.3)

    This happens on my kindle sometimes.

    -force stop app
    -open GS on comp (or restart GS)
    -make sure wifi is connected on device
    -open app

    should connect. Up until about a month ago I would have to do that every time I wanted to preview on my kindle and it would get screwed up if I left the app.

    @MSEagle2 thanx for the quick reply but i have tried all those steps still im having the same issue i have no clue wat went wrong..My wifi connection is not even showing n GS at least the preview for usb is showing but that too not connecting.

    Is there any thing i have to chk wid the Android sdk and android device preview installation..??

    Make sure everything is pointed right. Check the cookbook on using the terminal to do that.

    I have go through cookbook's Preparing your android device page and i come across one note on to the bottom of the page is Note:Creator and Viewer version numbers must match for the two to work together!
    wat is mean by this....
    i guess i sounds too dumb...!!!

    Every time GS updates the creator it updates the viewers. So make sure you are using the viewer that matches your version of creator.

    For every release of Gamesalad creator they also release a new version of the viewer. It means make sure that you have the right version of viewer for the version of creator you're using.

    @pinkio I have turned static ip on my samsung galaxy ace..but it doesn't work to fix my issue...(

    Hey guys, when i go on the releases page, the Android Creator doesn't match with any of the Viewers Versions?? @The_Gamesalad_Guru "Every time GS updates the creator it updates the viewers. So make sure you are using the viewer that matches your version of creator." cheers
