I have both windows and mac I use both and i figured out how to publish apps on windows. download virtual box on your windows computer, next just download mac snow leopard and follow the simple steps on publishing apps to apple.

    You need lion to do new apps. Snowleopard doesn't support the latest version of Xcode. Maybe your name should be Mr. Misinformation?
