[PAID] 2d artist required for nice job

Hi all, its been a while since I have posted. Had a nasty taste left in my mouth by someone I hired last year to do some work but came short when it mattered most.

So - time to move on. Importantly, I am looking for someone RELIABLE and can design what i am looking for.

The is to be on both Android tablets and Android phones - it wont be on iphone, so there is no need to worry about that.

The Job -
Design a character for my game - 2d, it's Santa
2d face on character. Animation will be eyes and maybe arms for dropping stuff
A chimney breast
Variety of roof tops
Snowmen
Snow flakes
Christmas Trees
Festive looking UI
Splash screen
Christmas Presents

There will be more to add to the list I am sure.

That's not going to come cheap. Don't expect people to create something on spec to get a paid job. Their existing examples/portfolio should be proof enough.

It's not a requirement and yes it should. However, we all know people copy work and I have already been burnt by this once. Hence why.
