where to get celebrities images?

hi , i see a lot of app with celebrities pictures and i wonder if they get the rights to use them, or if i buy the image from any site do that gives me the right to use it in my app? i am looking for soccer players images, thanks

hahaha, I wouldn't touch a photo of a celeb for a commercial game at all. Way too risky. You could however do a drawing or caricature/cartoon of someone and be fair game. I would then use a spoof of their name as well.

It will cost you a lot to do it legally and probably more if you do it illegally.

You need to get the rights from the celeb. or their agent, otherwise it's illegal and your could be slapped with fines or at the very least forced to remove your App.
