Decimal error bug

in Working with GS (PC)
Hi everyone im new in gamesalad on windows.
I have lots of problems with decimals. For example if I put bounciness to 0.5 dont work if i change any attribute whit decimals dont work, if i want to open a template i need to delete all the decimals to try it, decimals timers dont work, etc ...
Any solution guys?
Im the only who have this problem?

    your working on a windows computer. on mac it works fine but on windows not... you can't do anything about it. also the position and the size wont work with a decimal
