Publishing half completed app?

OK i have 36 levels with only 12 completed in 3 different worlds its going to take a seriously long long time to finish so could i publish my app with the already completed 12 levels and have the other levels stated "coming soon"?

good luck with making them I should wait untill all the 36 are done... because if I downloaded an app and when I played all the levels I don't wait for the update to play more levels, I just delete the app, so I should make 36 levels before publishing
