How to cancel constraints

Hi,
I have an actor constrained to the mouse by mouse down until the actor is released by mouse up. How do you remove the constraint to return the actor and mouse to normal?

    You'd have to wrap the constrains in a rule so that they only fire when certain conditions are met.
