Black bars

I've notice that GS game Rescue Aliens has black bars on iPad and iPhone 4. I thought Apple rejects apps with black bars. Did they changed their policy or it was just a luck with reviewer?

@imGua, I think that as long as it's native to iPhone 5, it's fine. My game, PetRun is native to iPhone 5, but has black bars for iPhone 4/4S and the iPad and has always been accepted (even after apple made the rule).

@imGua As @HalfBakedProductions has pointed out, it needs to support the iPhone5 resolution, after the announcement on March 21st this year.

Rescue Aliens is not just lucky, it complies with the iOS Human Interface Guidelines.
