Hi all,

For the past three months I've been working diligently on a secret (until now) new app, Armadillo Ambush!

Armadillo Ambush is a Fall-Down style app which will soon be out for iOS, Android, and Windows 8. Now that the game is almost complete (as all I have left to do is tailor it for each platform), I have posted a teaser trailer to give you guys all a little taste of it. I'll be using this thread to post new information about the game, and I hope you all enjoy it!

    I think it would be some issues with this game. You have copied the images from google(at least the backgrounds) I just typed in "desert cartoon background" on google and got these(I thought I recognize the images)

    @Fajlajp,

    Acutally, both the images are open stock free vector images. As a result, as long as I give credit (which I did in the game), it is perfectly legal for me to use those images.

    cool, did you do all of the graphics?
    @GraphicWarehouse,

    I drew the characters, buttons, gameplay elements, etc. But not the backgrounds as @Fajlajp mentioned (I got those two from open stock free vector art sites)

    @Brickamator, I used www.dreamstime.com. There was a promotion, and when you signed up you got free credits to be used to get the art.

    There was another site with free vector images, I just don't remember the name, but I'll be sure to tell you when I remember it :D

    Hey all,

    It's been a while since I updated this thread on my progress. In the past few weeks I've finished up the games, and they are currently be reviewed by Apple and Microsoft. I'm planning on releasing all the games at once, but the release date is not final yet.

    Be sure to check back for more info on Armadillo Ambush!

    @Brickamator, most of it takes place underground. There are some cutscenes above ground.

    Future levels of the Story Mode might include above ground levels :D

    The screen shots look nice.
    I personally prefer the dark ones with brighter background like the others.

    I will. I decided to not put IAP in the first version cuzz they where casing problems so I should get aproved on friday!!

    Still waiting for a review from Apple. Other than that, I'm pretty much set to release Armadillo Ambush! Stay tuned for more news!

    Apple has approved both the paid and free versions. Now I just gotta get that Windows 8 Review (and finish up Android/Kindle Fire)!
