Android tablet support problem

Checking my Optimization tips on Google play and I see this message for my apps :
"Your Production APK needs to meet the following criteria:
Target and minimum Android versions support tablets (check targetSdkVersion and minSdkVersion)"
"Apps that are designed for tablets are showcased in the 'Designed for tablets' list in the Play Store."
I always update my APK's before publishing, is there something else I have ignored so end users know it will run on their tablets ?

I have uploaded an apk generated by GS to google play and google is telling me that the apk is not valid for Android Tablets.
How do we fix this?
