replicate the functionality in this video (scrolling image for 'about app' page) - $25

Hey guys, i'm looking for the same functionality as shown in this video (landscape on iPad Mini): https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/7389657/IMG_1922.MOV

This is from a Sago Mini app.

Basically, I will create an image for the iPad retina sizing that has info about the app....I want to be able to scroll down smoothly like in this app and bounce a bit at the bottom (and top) in the same fashion. I also want to have a few links in the image (so I could tie touch objects for example that link to 'review us' 'contact us' etc...

    Hey guys I can't get this to work. Make an easy $25 dollars by sending me a project file with a system for vertical scrolling instead of horizontal scrolling like in this game. This is urgent. Thanks
