Hello I am new and already in trouble:-(

I downloaded the windows creator 10.0 for my windows 7 computer and cannot see anywherea working space called "Browser" where there are lists of attributes, behaviors and functions. The manuals talk about it and the video's show it but I just cannot find it.
Apart from that hello:-)

I have a video below that compares the Macintosh to the Windows environment. It might be helpful for you to watch.

    And hello and welcome... :)

Thanks Jamie, I went through it and its certainly useful, nice job. My problem is that I am at a very basic level.

For my daughters class at school, I want to make some flashcards for letters. I will use levels I think with tables as random is too random. But right now I am just trying to get to grips with Game Salad and I have a problem getting the visuals I have in the centre of the screen and bigger. Youtube tutorial stuff is either MAC or heavy gaming stuff and does not seem to cover this basic basic stuff.

i dont know how different mac to windows is, but even though the youtube videos arent what your looking for...you can still learn a lot from them that will help you on your project.

and for your screen problem im not sure what you want to do exactly but if its get more area to play with outside of you grey area you can go to

    SCENE

and where is says INSPECTOR.... on the right to that press scene...

and edit SIZE the X and Y

sorry i couldnt be of more help

Thanks #VolontaArts I have a reasonable working space - just cannot seem to move the actor - whatever I do - he stays in the same position - spawns beautifully just in the same spot ~X(

Do you mean move an actor during game play or while your editing your scene in the editor?

Just click and drag it in the editor to move it. During game play there are many different ways to move actors, the most straightforward for a beginner is to use a Move Behavior.
