Changing the size of a current game for Tablets eetc

Hi all,
i recently purchased a template from @Deepblueapps and managed to do some work on it etc. As of now, its display size is set to 320x480(portrait) but I want to change this to the new optimised thing so it will work on the majority of devices. My artwork has all been upscaled so I just would like some guidance of how I can convert this to larger displays.
Let me add, that this is for Android and Fire only.
