From GS10.4 version... Free user also can use In-app behavior?

A few minutes ago i was install new GS version and i found to most of "Pro category" was moved to standard tab!
Until last version In-app service can used for Pro users!
Is application opened for all user?

    Please read the description of those Actions :) it's right beside the Behaviours library (click on any to highlight, then read the text to the right).
    Also since yesterday, people have already started threads asking the exact same thing..
