Can you share your game to others without them stealing it?

Hi,
I was wondering if there is a way to send your app that you made that is not on the app store to somebody without them stealing. Is the only way to make a video of your app or is there a way to send a file where they can only see the game and not edit the code?

    Testflight allow certain peopl(that you have picked) to play you game on their phone. But they will not be able to Edit the code.

    Dont forget that you still need an apple developer account to test games on a device.
