Can't distribute. Problem with certificate after expired.

Since my certificate expired provision, the updating and submission of application does not have to work.
I was trying to renew, then I remove the certificates creates others, I always get this message.

So I can not distribute anything or test. Help me.

    You need a Mac to publish to iOS

    when your certificate expires you need to request a new one from the certificate authority and then regenerate your provisioning profiles.

    Yes, but the problem is that I deleted the certificate.
    I recreate a new certificate, I have this problem.
    What should I do, should I format my mac?
