Can Iphone and Ipad separate?

Instead of universal app.. can Ipad and iphone be separate?.. but I read one of the app rules that an app cannot have 2 titles on the same manage app how can you register 2 same apps in different device?

    Yes, but they'll be two seperate applications. Two different builds.

    Yes, two profiles.

    If you were making it for both iPad and iPhone, then you'd preferably have two sets of images. One for iPad and the other for iPhone. You'd then follow the resolution rules to use retina on the targeted devices.

    Yeah So I have to make 2 set of provisioning profiles then right? And do i double resolution size of images in iphone?

    Not really. It's not that hard to add those through iTunes Connect.
