ITMS-9000 Warning when submitting an update - "Version Mismatch" (not the normal legacy language)

I updated an app and received a warning.

"Version Mismatch. Neither CFBundleVersion nor CFBundleShirtVersionString in the info.plist match the versin of the app set in Itunes Connect at SoftwareAssets/SoftwareAssett (MZitmspSoftwareAssetPackage)

I used 2.0 for Itunes as the version and 2 in the GS publisher.

Could that be the issue?

    The .0 is not nessecery unless it's like 2.1 or 2.2 etc. change that 2.0 in iTunes connect to just a 2 and try that.
