[Install_parse_failed_no_certificates] problem. Can not install signed apk

I have GS Windows. I uploaded my project on this site and downloaded unsigned apk file. Then I use apk signer. When I try to install, threre appears that warning. How to solve this problem ?

    @Apex What was the problem? I am getting the same issue on mac creator version with my unsigned apk.

    There is simple solution. They told me use JDK 1.6 not 1.7
    So I downloaded old jdk and it started to work
