creator authentication issues for some users

Hello everyone,

It seems that some security adjustments made to the authentication server this morning are causing issues for some of our users. The server is fully functional at this time but we are still seeing issues in a small number of users.

We will update this post with more information once this has been remedied.

    affected users are receiving the following error:
    ERROR. Error: Invalid response from server. Try again later.

    Sorry guys this is a caching issue. To fix this you need to clear Creator's cache on your computer.
    do the following:

    Quite Creator
    Open up the terminal and type this in
    rm -r ~/Library/Caches/com.gendaigames.GameSalad
    Open Creator and login

    @BlackCloaksGS I tried that but get 'No such file or directory' I tried typing it in several times and even did a restart (I'm an old Windows user and that fixes a multitude of things) but no joy.

    @BlackCloaks Got it working I opened 10.4 and logged out, back in and out again. Opened up the NB and was able to log in and out without a problem. All good, thanks.
