Trouble Publishing to Android and iOS

I hope this is the correct forum for this question; if not please let me know...

I have a completed game in GS (Windows version).
I am working on a Windows machine running Win 7 64 bit.
I have successfully published to HTRL5 in the GS Marketplace.

Now I want to publish to Driod.
I have installed all the required SDK modules described in the doc.

Problem #1.
The "adb devices" does not show my device which is a Morotola Razr Max connected via UDB. I have made all of the required settings on the device. I have loaded the device driver. The Motorola Device Manager *can* see the device, but not the adb devices command.
Any ideas?

#2. How do I go about building for iOS when I don't have a Mac? Is there a service or tool that can be used for this putrpose?

    To publish to iOS or the Mac App Store, you need to publish the app on a Mac, not a PC.

    Thank you for you reply, but I already knew this, which is whjy I was asking if there was a service that I might be able to use to do this.
