different levels and being able to used my actors for different levels

hello, i am new here, and i am having some problems. how do i start a new level? why cant i use the actors i had created for the level i made after i used them once? i have been looking for answers to these questions, but i cant find them. is there anyway someone can point me in the right direction please?

    You can build a level and then duplicate it by Alt+DRAG on your scene. You can then edit as needed. You can use the same actors over, it just depends on the code inside.

    To answer question #2, I will have to know what code you have in the actor. You can use more than one of the same actor, but sometimes you have to slightly change the code to make it so they are not exactly identical in movement and behavior.
