Google play achievements and Game circle

Hi all
Does anyone know if google play achievements will work with Game circle? I did read that GC was going to also work along side Google play.

I've achievements for both(same ID etc) and wanted to check

    Nope no answer. I know Amazon supports Android achievements, so I guess only testing will discover an answer
