Testflight Adhoc

I am working with Windows and apparently the only way for me to test an adhoc on my devices is to use a service called Testflight.
My question is... does Testflight give an accurate view of what the app is truly going to be like?
The reason I ask is because I'm testing out the Sod of War game and the actor is glitching when I try to use the slingshot.

All test flight does is distribute the ad hoc to devices. Test flight is basically an app delivery system. I have a video on it. You still need a Mac or use Mac in the cloud to make iOS apps.
