iAP Kindle finally working on test hardware - here is how it worked for me.

I've been stumped for a while, left it for a week and tried again today and finally got it working.
It was down to the location of the JSON file. Amazon's documentation says to put it in the folder mnt/sdcard. My kindle's didn't have this folder so I created one and copied over the JSON file. Still no joy.
However, once placed in the root it worked! My app dev can continue
