Is The publishing Free

Greetings everyone
I'm writing here to ask you about how exactly the publishing process goes
I have been working with gamesalad for few months and i have managed to complete my game just a simple one.

So lets get to the actual question
After i have finished my game,am I allowed to publish it to the iOS market and Google Market without going pro.
I can't go pro right now because i can't afford it so my question is
Am i allowed to publish my game in one of the markets and if I am what are the restrictions

You can publish for free to iOs. To publish outside of iOs you will need pro. Also don't forget about your Apple Developer account, which is $99 a year.
