Greetings, for 3 days buy redmasqu3rad3 Template Starter Kit, but so far I have been unable to work with this product. I wish I had an answer, I would not want to return the product, just wish I could use it. You could help me with this.

    What kind of problems are you having? can you actually get it to load up in gamesalad?

    I can not charge it, that's why I ask for help.
    I am new to GS, maybe it is my mistake, not. but I can not load it in GS.

    I havent a clue what that means. But which version of Gamesalad are you using?

    Mac versions the file ends with .gsuser but the Windows version ends in gsproj - so look for which one is your GS version and click on it. See if that gets you up and running.

    Failing that, try and take some screenshots and post them

    Looks like its a recent upload. It's probably not compatible with windows which is what I'm guessing you are using. You need to contact GameSalad support directly. They need to get you a working version or refund you since it came off their marketplace.
