    You need to have an apple developer account and pay 99$ before you could follow eithe of these videos.

    so there is no way of me even playing it i dont want to put it on the app store

    You can play it on the arcade from a computer, it's browser based.

    in order to put it on any iOS device as a real app you need to be an apple developer. no way around it.

    To put it on an iPad, you have no other choice except to make it a "real" app on the app store.
